Have a question for the Oztune Crew that we haven’t answered here?

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes we do. Certegy Ezi-Pay is a service we offer which allows you to pay off your service/repairs over a period of time with a small deposit up front. If you are a VIP Certegy customer sometimes they will allow you no deposit.

Can Oztune do repairs as well as services?

Yes, we are ready and well equipped to perform all car services and repairs. If there are more complex issues, we will get your vehicle into the workshop and provide you with a courtesy car.

Do you charge for chasing parts?

No, we only charge you for the time we actually spend on your vehicle.

Are your technicians qualified?

Yes, we only employ fully qualified technicians, who have been handpicked, they are both factory and dealership trained. We also continue to train our staff with external and internal training courses. We do have apprentices that are able to help but it is the qualified technicians that are in control of the work on your vehicle.

Will I know how much the repairs or service is going to cost or will I get a big surprise?

Before anyone commences any work on your vehicle, the service manager or technician will inform you of the work required and associated costs so you are always in control of the cost. This way, there will be no nasty surprises! We can also help prioritise any repairs so you are in complete control of your budget.

What is the warranty on your work?

All of our services and repairs are fully guaranteed. We do not perform just a patch up job to get you going.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8.00am through to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Do you work Public Holidays?

No not usually but we can be contacted on public holidays to arrange the services you require.
