Why we don’t offer “Capped-Price Servicing”.
Capped-price servicing can sound appealing when buying a new car, offering the promise of fixed costs through dealership servicing. In practice, however, we’ve seen far too many cases where services are rushed, critical checks are missed, and shortcuts are taken to keep costs down. Over time, this can lead to poor vehicle care and expensive repairs that could have been avoided.
At Oztune, we don’t believe in cutting corners. Short-term savings often lead to long-term costs, which is why we don’t offer capped-price servicing. Instead, we provide comprehensive servicing that focuses on doing the job properly, protecting your vehicle’s performance and reliability, and is backed by our 20,000km servicing warranty.
